Real. Strong. Women.
For over 35 years, the Epsilon Tau chapter of Alpha Chi Omega has been a proud part of the Virginia Tech community, empowering women to grow into the best versions of themselves. Here, it’s all about you, your individuality, your passions, your voice, and your story.
We are genuine women who believe in real friendship, meaningful connections, and the strength of sisterhood. At Alpha Chi Omega, we support one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and grow together through leadership, service, and lifelong bonds.
At Virginia Tech, the spirit of Ut Prosim, That I May Serve, is at the heart of everything we do. Alpha Chi Omega reflects that same spirit by encouraging women to lead with purpose, love authentically, and give back to their community.
Find your home. Find your people. Begin your lifelong journey with Alpha Chi Omega at Virginia Tech.
Letter From Our President

When I first joined Alpha Chi Omega, I knew I was stepping into something special, a community of women bound together not just by letters, but by a shared commitment to support, empower, and inspire one another. What I didn’t fully realize then was how deeply this sisterhood would shape who I am today.
Being part of Alpha Chi means living out our values every day: seeking the heights, practicing kindness, and standing together through every challenge and success. It means learning that leadership is not about titles, but about service, listening, encouraging, and making sure every voice has a place at the table.
As president, I have the privilege of seeing our chapter’s dedication up close. I see it when members stand by each other in the hard times, when we show up for philanthropic causes that matter, and when we celebrate each other’s milestones, big and small. These moments remind me that Alpha Chi Omega is more than an organization; it’s a home where we grow into the best versions of ourselves.
To me, being an Alpha Chi means striving for excellence while never losing sight of compassion. It means leaning on one another in hard times and lifting one another higher in good ones. It’s about embracing individuality while cherishing the bond that unites us.
This sisterhood has given me mentors, friends, and countless memories that I will carry long after my time at Virginia Tech ends. But most importantly, it has taught me the power of authentic friendships, the kind that changes you for the better.
To my sisters, thank you for trusting me to lead, for inspiring me daily, and for proving that together, we can truly “seek the heights.
With Love,
Lily Fish

Why Alpha Chi

Mia Chan
Hii I'm Mia from MC 25! AXO was my last house during Philanthropy round, and after a long day, I was feeling so tired. But the moment I walked in, I didn't have to force a smile, it felt completely natural. The energy in the room was so welcoming, and talking to the girls each round the time flew by. Our conversations were so genuine, and I felt like I could truly be myself. By the end, I didn't want to leave and I knew AXO was the home for me! I already met so many fun, kind, and amazing girls and I can't wait to build lifelong friendships, and grow closer to my sisters!
